A thin copper coil (the wire that has been wound) is extruded multiple times through sequentially smaller molds until the required thickness is obtained. The process produces a moderate amount of waste material, but it is reused for forming other copper products. MEI Copper coils are designed to have some alloying elements that enable them to stand in harsh chemicals. Also, our coils have corrosion and erosion resistance properties. They come with higher thermal strength and the ability to carry electric potential. They have anti-biofouling properties to form a protective layer on their surface.
In the manufacturing process, all manufactured copper coils undergo multiple quality tests that allow us to deliver only high-quality products. Some of the tests include thermal performance tests, natural circulation stability tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, positive material tests, intergranular corrosion tests, ultrasonic tests, radiographic tests, and pitting corrosion tests.
